Relisted plumbing job

This is a relisted job - the work category is under general plumbing. This job is for a professional plumber, who can identify the problem & fix it for us. We have two problems, 1) It seems we have a leak problem for our toilet. The floor board behide the toilet seat are all damped. The toilet unit is designed to build into the wall and there is a wood panel outside the house - you might be able to get access to it. I posted this job 3 weeks ago. The builder sealed the pipe outside by glue, but the leak problem was not solved and water was still there next day. 2) We also had another problem with our wash basin. There was a water leak from the pipe underneath. We had another guy (not from builder's crack) coming in and fixed it for us 3 or 4 months ago. Strangely the problem came back again a couple of nights ago - the water was everywhere, however it was only one off. We would like to have someone to get it checked again for us. We need this work to be outcome driven. We don't know how much needs to be involved - as we would like you to tell us. If you think you can solve this problem for us, please get in touch with us.
