To move laundry area and instal plumbing for new bathroom . Hot and cold water supply plus waste for wash machine and tub and also new shower handbasin and toilet as adding to existing home. All waste and existing piping easy access to connect to and gas fitter would be great as hot water runs off gas.....but can just do laundry or all...
