Plumbing work is required for a new build. A producer statement that will meet Council requirements will be necessary. - Kitchenette, 1 1/4 sink insert, dishwasher (waste and fresh water), fit mixer to sink insert - Bathroom - multi-head shower (fresh water only), basin (waste and fresh water) - Toilet - fit toilet to tiled floor, connect to waste, connect fresh water, mount handbasin to wall (waste and fresh water) Most fittings/supplies have already been bought, you will need to supply a few sundries, but not much. Note: in-wall plumbing is complete, this job relates only to attaching fittings to the existing plumbing.
