Low pressure to mains pressure hot water install

Remove existing 135 litre low pressure hot water cylinder, and replace with a new Rheem mains pressure hot water cylinder and new valve pack.To modify pipework to suit new cylinder.The drain lines from the TPR valve and the cold water expansion will need to be drilled through the cupboard ,behind the washing machine,through the wooden laundry tub cupboard and out the external wall. It is a 1970's brick and tile. I renovated last year and all the tapware has ability for main water. Although the shower wasn't changed, so I'm not sure it that will be an issue/unbudgeted work change. I need a plumber and an electrican,
