Toilet cistern..toilet?

I have a wall hung toilet which is leaking down the back of the pan. At times it is gushing and I am afraid it might keep pouring in. I stay and reflush till it quietens down but it still drips and there is a refill sound every x minutes which is not good for my sleep or water usage. Photos attached. * Best solution - see if it can be cleared - valve, etc. * Replace cistern?? ...and toilet...a very vague possibility? * Replace would be difficult as I do not want to interfere with the integrity of the wall tiles. There is also a matching system in the next bathroom which wouldn't match. However, I have sought out a Nova ceramic toilet and tank I see on TradeMe but system won't let me upload the photo of: "Nova. Back to wall Round Toielt ***New Design ** Fully covered pan", which could perhaps cover the spot . The toilet from my measurements looks like it could fit covering the back wall hole of the existing toilet but the tank would be too short to cover the hole which I measure to be 110mm from the floor to the top of the hole in the wall. And of course I don't know whether the main pipe would match up or whether it would have to. Perhaps tiles could be saved from the area behind the tank and reapplied to the cistern hole area? This might require a handy plumber-come builder-come tiler or....
