Cistern is leaking/continuously running - tenants have complained about high water bill. Apparently the fittings for this type of toilet are not available anymore, but there must be some creative way of fixing the problem? I got one really high quote that suggested replacing in-wall cistern with a whole new freestanding toilet, which is a major expensive job. I'm hoping someone can help me fix this instead?
