External flooding and multiple internal jobs

I have a few problems: 1. There is a lot of water leaking out from the house - possibly coming from the ground or the house - I can't tell. 2. I need an insinkerator replaced. 3. I have a leaky kitchen tap. 4. At Christmas the downstairs shower and external drain next to it flooded - shower flooded again last week. 5. At the same time as the above there was a flood in the downstairs kitchen and I'd like to check that everything is ok down there.
