New build on piles plumbing

My new build is about 160sqm, it is set on piles and all drainage points are on the exterior walls (except one vanity unit). The design has 3 toilets, 2 showers, 2 vanities, kitchen sink, dishwasher, laundry sink and washing machine. All plumbing to be connected to municipal mains. I think I main also need a soak pit. I will provide all tap ware, toilets, vanities and showers.
