Plaster & Paint new ceiling
Job description
We are lining our raked ceiling (rondo and gib) and someone to plaster (and ideally paint) it. Room is maybe 40m². Refer to the image below - there is a chimney, the fan will remain, the lighting will be replaced with LED downlights and the wall in the middle of the room will be mostly removed. The floor will already have plastic protection over it.

Ended up changing the job description a bit: gib stop and plaster to new ceiling and new wall only. No paint. Dwayne was really flexible given he was down a worker and managed to squeeze us into his schedule. He and our builder worked well together and we are very happy with his work.
