One front room in a tenanted house in Aro Valley - I need the long external wall gibbed and stopped and plastered, and around the bay window, which needs small bits of gib top and bottom and on two side panels. Main external wall is 3m high x 3.5m long. Side panels 3m high x 96cm wide. Plus smaller panels above and below bay windows.
