Job description
Client is DIY redecorating lounge. Has removed wallpaper. Needs smooth wallboards and new coving for (DIY) painting. -- Dimensions: Lounge 3mx6m, 2.4m stud (1958 house) = 36sqm, minus doors and windows approx 12sqm = total plastering area 24sqm. -- Supply and fit 75mm GIB classic coving. NB: two 3.6m lengths of new GIB Classic 75mm coving supplied by client -- Some filling at shoddy corners and a few holes in ceiling -- Strip interior paint from existing 1950s casement windows. Prep for painting (client to DIY the painting including primer) Timeframe by mid-May at the very latest please
