Refinish foundation wall after concrete repairs

We've had concrete repairs done to our foundation wall, which has left sections of the 1950s cement plaster finish missing. Seeking a knowledgeable plasterer to replace missing sections (in keeping with rest of wall if possible). Ideally completed soon (next 2-3weeks). Approximate area 2-3m2, spread over 2 sections as per photos. Thickness approx 10mm.
