venetian/polished plaster needed

I planned to get the insulation done for my new home. Once it's finished I want to do Venetian/polished plaster (or just lime wash/textured paint) for my main lounge and bedroom. The room size is (8.7m*3.9m) and (4m*4m). I have attached the effect I want to achieve in the photo section.
