Install plasterboard ceiling and plaster cornices

We have a room that has a plank ceiling (which we can remove). We would like just a standard gib ceiling with a paint ready finish. We also have these plaster cornices to be installed. The room is a very easy rectangle measuring roughly 2.7 x 3.6m We also have the living room which is a rectangle and will just need the cornices installed. It measures roughly 3 x 5.1m . Both rooms are / will be wallpapered. We will need four other rooms done too but these two are the priority. I have included images to reduce need for quote visits in the current climate.
