Kitchen plastering job

I have been caught in lockdown with no kitchen. Now we are going to level 3 I'm keen to get it completed. I have had a wall removed between my kitchen and hallway and that new opening, as well as a fridge alcove opening, need plastering. Also where the wall has been removed. This is in a 1930s art deco flat with mostly solid concrete walls. The wall removed wasn't solid concrete, so the opening is standard gib board. The soonest this can be done the better.
