Finish off Kitchen Walls - Prep for Tiler

My kitchen cabinetry was recently done, but there is panel hole in the top right corner left behind from old cabinets being ripped off, the new outlets being placed in the wall, and from where the taps/old benchtop was. The walls where the cabinet were ripped off also need to be tided up. The tilers can't start work until this is all tidied up, so looking to get it filled in/plastered over etc, so that my kitchen will look finished.
