Plastering a kitchen

We need plastering work done in our kitchen. It involves plastering over patched holes and a general skim coat. It is plastering over old gib with holes patched up after the electrician has done their work. The plastering only needs to be done down to where the units go in. The room is empty as the kitchen and floor has been taken out so easy to move around. As the plasterer we booked can no longer do the work we are keen to get it done as soon as we can if possible as we have the kitchen ready to be installed.
