Plastering after wall paper removal

We have bought a house and want to remove the wallpaper ourselves and paint the interior before we move in. The house is 3 bedrooms 150m2 including the garage. It was built in the '80s and as far as we can tell it has always been wallpapered so we anticipate that the whole house will need a skim coat of plaster before we can paint. We need a plasterer to do that work. We are wanting that work to be done from the 12th of April.
