Plaster Skim large bedroom walls + 2 other ceiling areas

We are about to repaint 3 rooms. The large bedroom has a quite a few holes in the walls that need to be skimmed. The other two rooms have 2 ceiling areas 1x1m each needing plastering plus a couple other spots. Keen to get it done as soon as possible.
