Gib-stopping / skim plastering 1 bedroom

I have recently stripped the wallpaper in our spare bedroom, as well as having some new gib installed on walls/roof to replace an old heating unit that we removed. I now want the walls/new gib plastered to paint ready quality. The estimated surface area of the walls to be plastered is 38m2. There will be further plastering of at least another 4 rooms in the coming months as I strip the wallpaper in those rooms as well. Pictures below of the walls after wallpaper removed/cleaned.
