Prepare the walls of two bedrooms for painting

We have removed the wallpaper from two bedrooms and need assistance preparing the walls for painting. This scope of work is for preparing the walls. Painting of the walls will not be included in this scope. See below for additional information: - Apply skim coat of plaster on all walls of Master Bedroom (4.1m X 3.6m X 2.4m) and Guest Bedroom (4.2m X 1.9m X 2.4m) - Rejib around window where existing jib is cracked (See photo 'Guest Bedroom - Window'). Master Bedroom wallpaper removal is still underway, but assume similar conditions exist and surrounding jib will need to be replaced. - Apply primer sealer where required
