We require the removal of a section of exterior cladding (exterior insulation with exterior textured render system) and then later the installation of new cladding and re-rendered. This work is to allow a new replacement coloured steel roof to modern standards. There is no issues with the current exterior it is just the roof has reached end of life. The section of cladding will be about 16m long by 300mm high. Optional to quote on whole job (cladding + roof replacement) if desired.
