Solid plastering repair to retaining wall

Our retaining wall has lost part of its corner and we would like it repaired along with a crack in our wall. We would also like the rust to be treated to prevent any future deterioration. We would like the work to be carried our within the next two weeks. Access is very easy both into the property and to do the work.
