Concrete Wall Plastering

We have a small concrete wall we have formed which need a plaster finish to match the existing. Is approx 2m2 and may require some prep work to the concrete face. At a guess the plaster will be 20mm thick, with a small rebate to be formed in the top. Looking for a subbie to come and do all prep work and plaster the wall. Painting to match will be done by others.
