Need to have a couple of layers of plastering applied over a block wall garage and planter boxes (approximately 75m2). The plastering job needs to be applied to an existing mortar/waterproof layer that is currently around the garage to create a smooth look. Must have appropriate documentation to allow for a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC) from Wellington City Council.
