Skim Plastering - Painting Prep
Job description
We need our spare room skimmed in preparation for painting. Its about 10m2. The walls are in pretty poor shape as the 1970's wallpaper we removed had been painted over twice and was pretty well super glued down! We have purchased some oil based pigmented sealer on advice from a builder, but not sure if this needs to go on before or after the plastering, so some guidance on this would also be appreciated!
