Install a stove and bench

Hi, looking to have a new oven installed and a bench put in above it. Dimensions are 860 wide by 600 deep. Need to have nice tidy job of the surround for the oven, and would also like some advice on the bench surface. Time and materials job, any reasonable rate considered as long as the job is neat and tidy. Ideally you would be able to skim the wall as well but that is not essential - it can be done after the installation. Electrics will be done by separate electrician. Photos show job below. Current stove shown in photo will be removed by the time the job is started. Ideally done in the next couple of weeks
