Smallish gib stopping job

We had an old "through the wall" Kent woodburner removed a few years back and had gib board put in to fill the gap left in both the lounge and dining room walls as well as plugging the hole in the ceiling from the old flue. But we have never got around to getting the gib taped, stopped and plastered etc. So we would like someone to come and do this for us. We do have a high ceiling in our dining room so stopping over the old flue site will involve being on a ladder.
