Job description

Exterior plastering
Wellington

As part of a renovation/extension we are needing to enclose an existing concrete patio/entrance area. We will be opening the current lounge/dining area so that the concrete patio/entrance will become completely internal space - however it is slightly lower than our existing internal floor level - so we need to bring it up to match the existing internal floor height. The concrete patio/entrance ranges from 20mm-50mm lower than our internal floor height. It gradually slopes downhill as it gets further away from our existing front door so is around 20mm lower near the current wall and around 50mm lower at the furthest point away from the door (approx 4.3m span) Adding a wooden floor over top may create moisture issues so we are exploring this option. The area will be framed up (and all walls will be stripped and prepped for this job) as we are continuing with other parts of the renovation/extension, so it should hopefully be a pretty straight forward job. If it is required I also have around 8lts of Sika Damp-stop which I had already purchased for the renovation. Total area of the concrete patio/entrance is around 13.6sqm Ideally this job would probably be needing to be done within the next 3'ish weeks.
