Plasterer - Two rooms, new and old GIB mix

I just had a builder put insulation in the exterior walls of 2 rooms and new GIB put up on those walls. Also changed the wade robes from two small into one big one. Now I need a plasterer to finish off the job and bring the walls up to a good painting standard. Each room has 2 walls with new GIB and 2 walls which had wall paper removed and the old GIB is still in place. I want the walls with the paper removed to be fully skim coated. Rooms are standard 2.4m high ceilings, dimensions are approximately: Room 1 = 2.7m x 2.6m with a 1.6m x 1.4m window in one wall. Room 2 = 4.2m x 4.0m with a 2.6m x 1.4m window in one wall and 1.9m x 2.0m wade robe in another wall (inside the wade rode to be done as well). If you would like to view the rooms first then first thing in the morning or an evening after 6pm is preferable.
