Plaster exterior blockwork

I have several concrete block walls that need rendering to give a finished look, at least 10 square meters, plus steps also if they can be done. There is also an internal wall that needs plastering, but it isn't as urgent as the exterior blockwork. Would like the job to be done as soon as possible.
