first bathroom/toilet we would like to place tiles on wall and floor. this bathroom is downstairs and in good condition.Has a corner shower and toilet. not very big.TheToilet can be replaced to a newer version. second bathroom the wall needs to be replaced and then tiles on walls and floor.Currently there are no tiles. toilet and bathtub can be replaced to give modern look.also new shower head. both bathrooms are of average size. 7 to 9 square meters. directly upstairs and downstairs.
