BATHROOM - Karori, Wellington 1) Heated towel rail - install 2) Bath - install (current cradle should suit new bath) - remove existing tiles from around bath area and install new --- s (supplied) 3) Shower cubicle - install 4) Toilet - install 5) Vanity - install 6) New flooring - line floor with suitable tile underlay, install undefloor heating, Tile floors with supplied --- tiles 7) New wall linings - Re-gib, plaster & paint 8) Install RCD where current electrical socket is 9) Install new over shower extraction/light unit and vent to outside 10) Install 2 recessed light fittings, 1 mirror demister and 1 mirror light Size is approx 8sqm Fittings are to go in same place as existing fittings.
