Our downstairs lounge, bedrooms and reception area was damaged in the flood in Jan 2023, Insurance has been sorted and we are now ready to have the following done: - Door/wall - Framing. Clean, straighten - Insulation. Supply and install. R2.6, glasswool, strapping - Gib board, Standard, replace, linings 10mm - Stop plasterboard wall, Level 4, small, areas - Walls. Paint 3 coat system - Trim Pine 60x10mm Remove and replace - Trim. Fill & Paint trims to match existing - Door and frame. Remove and replace, hc, MDF - Door. Paint (includes frame and trim) We would like to get this started as soon as possible and are looking for quotes for this work.
