Do not engage with this company and if you do, DO NOT put down a deposit before commencement of work. Long story short, this company took my deposit and have not done any work at my property. Sarah said that she would return my deposit in up to 14 days. Well it's been more than 14 days, I've been ghosted and I'm now $700 out of pocket. So devastating just before Christmas. I will be taking this company to the disputes tribunal, but wanted to warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did
