Scrape & replaster lounge and dining

We have a lounge and dining area with textured plaster on the walls. We would like this scraped and replastered to a smooth finish. The lounge is 6.4m x 5.5m but with a large 2.7m ranch slider on one wall, 2.5m doorway on another and 2 large windows at least 2.4m wide on the other walls. The dining area is 4.9m x 2.8m, but only three sides are required, with a large with at one end and large doorway down the wall. This would be completed ideally within the next two weeks or so.
