Interior Plastering

Interior plastering required on 1960s 96m2 home. Down lighting replaced and some holes needing to be covered over, with the addition of a few more in the bathroom and toilet (photos attached). However most have already have jib board used to covering the holes. House is wallpapered throughout with the exception of the kitchen and dinning (approx. 20m2 - no plaster skimming required on walls). Walls and ceilings need to be finished to a paint ready quality finish, including sanding. If you can please quote on the cost of wall paper removal separately. Depending on the cost I may decide to remove this myself?
