We have a brick and concrete block basement. One wall did have earth against the lower half. It now has all the concrete blocks exposed as we have a retaining wall. The originally exposed part of the wall has stucco/textured plaster. The lower part now needs to match the upper part. We may need to get the another wall done also just so that they match.
