Skim walls in hallway and sand/prep for painting

I have a hallway approx 4m long. There are 6 doors off the hallway so not a lot of wall area. I require the hallway skimmed and prepared ready for painting. There are 2 corners that will require steel edging. The walls look like they are covered with paper that has been painted over. The ceiling requires sanding/no more gaps in prep for painting. Please, no email/over the phone quotes. If you can't come and look at the job, please don't bother quoting. I will be doing the painting myself. Note: Job can start any time after the 5th April but must be finished by the 9th April (this includes Easter weekend).
