Repair Ceilings and Walls

Having been told that we could not have insulation installed because we had recessed ceiling lights, we have had the lights removed, along with some wall lights that were surplus to requirements and an old flue for a kitchen extractor. This has left us with a number of holes in the ceiling and walls. We would like the holes repaired and finely plastered. The holes are as follows: 7 holes in the walls from the light switches and some small holes where the cables were; 13 holes in the ceilings from the recessed lights and the flue.
