Concrete lintels need repairing on brick veneer house

9 x concrete lintels need to be repaired. Concrete lintels are 200mm high and range from 900mm wide to 2m. Some have never been plastered and some require repair to hairline cracks/ chips where new windows have been installed. Would like the job to be completed in the next two months. Access is very easy all lintels reachable from standing or over low gardens.
