Window reinstatement

I am wanting a quote to plaster around an exterior window that is replacing an existing window. Our house is textured plaster on polystyrene, the window is on the second level and so we will have to have some sort of scaffolding. The window is the top one with the grids in the picture below, the dimensions of the new window are 690mm wide x 440mm high, those are the outside measurements. It will be more to the right of the existing window. The window being replaced is 650mm wide x 760 high.
