Interior House Gibstopping

Interior of house to be gibstopped and skim coated where required. House is 110sq.m and was wallpapered. These walls are in very good condition, however need a sand and may need some skim coating. Some new walls throughout also to be completed. Some raking ceilings and some flat ceilings. There is a small kitchen and dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and hallways etc. There is a mobile scaffold on site. Ideal start would be 15th May and happy to put trades up in Waiheke motel for nights as required.
