Skim coating after wallpaper stripping

Hi there, we are stripping the wallpaper our house and need the walls skim-coated prior to re-painting. The house is 20 years old, walls are jib-board, and the whole house is approx 190sqm, but the job will exclude bathrooms/toilet/garage. We are looking for someone with availability in mid-May please and the house will be completely empty of furniture and belongings (photos are from current owners!).
