Plastering (as prep for painting)
Job description
We have just removed the dado rail and stripped wallpaper from the bottom half of most of the rooms in our house. We have a painter booked for mid-January, so need the plastering done to make the walls paint-ready as soon as possible. We are hoping the work can be done soon after Jan 3rd. The rooms and approx sizes are: 1. Lounge (4600mm x 3900mm, though 1 and a half walls are already done as we have recently had some building work done and one other wall is mainly windows) 2. Family room (5500mm x 5000mm, one wall is mainly windows) 3. Hallway (about 14m total length) 4. Small bedroom/office (3000mm x 2900mm) 5. Bedroom (4000mm x 4000mm, this room has no dado rail, but full height wallpaper. It will be stripped within the next few days.) Pics of each room are attached to give an idea, obviously, furniture will be moved out of rooms as much as possible, or at least away from walls.
