Skim plaster walls

I've recently purchased a 3 bedroom brick house. It has horrible wallpaper on gib walls. I'm considering plastering the walls so I can paint them. There is a lounge, kitchen 3 bedrooms and a hall. Bedrooms are 2 small doubles (approx 11m sq) and 1 single (approx 8m sq). Lounge / kitchen is approx 31m square). 3/4 walls have windows or ranch sliders in them. Also a toilet (1.2m sq). House is currently vacant. The walls will be stripped in the next few days. As I have absolutely no idea what this is likely to cost I'd like a quote before deciding whether or not to proceed with this. If possible I'd like this done by Sat 3 May.
