Kitchen and Dining room ceiling needs finishing

I have started a job too big for me to handle. New plasterboard has been hung on the ceiling and I have started to fill. Both jobs have been done rather poorly and I am looking for someone to finish the job the right way. I would also like the coving to be put up and everything finished and ready to painted. Walls will need be smoothed out where old cabinetry was located and the there may need to be some new plasterboard put up where the current cabinetry is located.
