Cut whole in ceiling, then repair, plaster and paint ceiling

We have a faulty hot water heat pump that needs to be removed from our loft in our garage; the company concerned with remove the unit however we have to cut a hole big enough to get the unit out of the loft, and then once it has been de-commissioned, the hole needs to be repaired, plastered and the whole ceiling painted.
