Gib Stopping for house renovation

We are renovating a 3 bedroom house and sleepout. We will be gibbing over the concrete block walls and will need the following gib stopped. Bedroom walls/ceiling, lounge/kitchen walls/ceiling, laundry/bathroom/toilet ceiling Also a sleepout which we are also gibbing over the concrete block - again needs stopping for walls and ceiling. Third part is a concrete block garage which again we plan to gib and stop. Expect to do this work progressively during November-January period. Would like someone who can work around us, and us around them. Would like to walk through the changes and scope out what needs doing to get an estimate before starting
