Wall skimming

Skimming of walls in a 110msq 3brm property. Interested to get a quote and timeframe for this work to be completed please. Walls are currently wallpapered but this will be removed prior to the job. Existing damage to walls which has been patched hence the need for skimming as I want to paint rather than re- wallpaper
